How to Create a Forwarder for an Exchange Mailbox?

1. Goto to

2. Log in using your Exchange Mailbox and Password.

3. Go to Setting and click on Options from the drop-down.

4. Expand Mail and Click on Inbox and sweep rules.

5. Click the + button to add a new Inbox rule.

6. Enter the following:

  • Name: Enter a name for your rule such as Email forwarding or similar.
  • When the message arrives, and: Select [Apply to all messages] from the drop down menu.
  • Do the following: Select Forward the message to  from the drop down menu.

Once you have selected these options a button labeled *Select people will appear. Click this button.

6. Enter the email address that you want to forward emails to, then click OK. save.

The new rule added for Forwarding will look like this
