Configure email account in outlook

For General Email Setup, continue below


Open Outlook >> Click Show Profiles, click Add, enter a name for this profile, and then select OK.


On the Auto Account Setup page of the Add New Account wizard, select Manually
configure server settings or additional server types, and then click Next.

Select POP or IMAP and click Next

Configuring with POP3

Enter Your Name and E-mail Address.
Select POP3 as your account type.
For Incoming mail server (POP3), enter mail.domain.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP), enter mail.domain.com
In Logon Information enter the e-mail address and password that you created in the control panel.

Click More Settings.
Select Outgoing Server and check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.

Select Advanced.
For Incoming server (POP3) enter 995 and select SSL.
For Outgoing server (SMTP) enter 465 or 25 and select SSL.
For Root folder path enter INBOX with uppercase letters.
Click OK and then Next.
Click Close.

Please note that in order to use  SSL settings mentioned below, the mail server of the domain must be secured with an SSL certificate. For more information regarding this, please contact our support team (support@cirrushosting.com).


Port Configuration



You have now set up your account in Microsoft Outlook 2013. Click Finish.

Configuring with IMAP


Enter Your Name and E-mail Address.
Select IMAP as your account type.
For Incoming mail server (IMAP), enter mail.domain.com
For Outgoing mail server (SMTP), entermail.domain.com
In Logon Information enter the e-mail address and password that you created in the control
panel.
